Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — new or slightly used, and may include minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality. The product must be clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and ensure a fair resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return your original item first, and once your return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still be in good condition, free of major damage, and returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because we process orders automatically to ensure fast shipping, cancellations are only possible before the order is submitted to fulfillment.

Many orders are sent to our fulfillment center or carrier immediately after checkout, which means:

  • We cannot cancel orders that have already entered processing,

  • We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped,

  • Orders placed by mistake cannot be stopped once they reach the fulfillment stage.

    If your order cannot be canceled, you may still return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Method and Fees

  • Accepted condition: New, slightly used, or with minor defects
  • Return method: By mail only
  • Return label: Customer’s responsibility (shipping cost paid by the customer)
  • Restocking fee: No cost
  • Refund processing time: Up to 15 business days after approval
  • All return shipping costs are covered by the customer
