Shipping policy


At Sorina, we offer reliable worldwide delivery for all orders. Every item is carefully packed and shipped with full tracking for your peace of mind.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Time) are handled the next business day.
  • During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Estimated total delivery time: 2–12 business days, depending on your destination and local courier service.
This includes both handling and transit times.
(Delays may occur due to customs inspection or regional courier conditions.)

Shipping time

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 (USD).
  • For orders under $50, a flat standard delivery fee of $3.50 applies.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
  • Tariffs and import fees, if applicable, are also calculated at checkout for supported regions.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
You can also monitor your shipment anytime through your Account page.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear once your package is in transit.

Multiple Shipments

Some our pieces may ship from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery and better stock availability.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages — each with its own tracking number.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at  support@sorina.store — we’ll make sure everything reaches you safely.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total unless displayed at checkout.
Sorina is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees upon delivery.
